Video about cervical self-stretching exercises, so very useful to prevent and improve neck pain; specially interesting for patients with cervical dystonia, also called spasmodic torticollis [ More info about dystonias and other movement disorders at http://www.distoweb.com ]
Technical feedback. Sound can make or break a video: 1) Use a separate closer-in microphone (e.g. lavalier) or at least something with a cardioid pattern. 2) Avoid small echoey rooms. Camera: Low angle camera position gives an "overwhelmed" subjective feeling for the viewer. Texts: Using information text cards is an irritation for most viewers; kind of like post-war government movies, it's too didactic. Better to have your friendly face explain to the camera, and maybe just a few bold headlines.

I'm glad Luis is instructing us to do BOTH sides with the last two exercises. This is the way I was taught as well, and I've had great results. I'd previously gone to another physiotherapist and was instructed to stretch the "affected" (bunched up/spasming) side only, and this did not work for me at all. Thank you, Luis!
