Heel toe technique i recorded in 1 take for something to do; no real organisation to anything played just litterally messing around.

im very aware i made a few mistakes in terms of not knowing where i was going in the video, like i said, just something to do at the time.

my friend can do soemthign similar, he learned to play double bass parts of songs with one foot cause he couldnt afford a double pedal, so now hes fucking quick on one foot at a time but hes a noob at double bass :P
