Craving the ultimate deep-dish pizza? Bridget Lancaster saves you a trip to Chicago by showing how to make the real deal with its signature, seriously flaky crust.
America's Test Kitchen is the most-watched cooking show on public television—up to 2 million viewers watch each episode. The show is filmed in the test kitchen of Cook's Illustrated magazine, located just outside Boston.
Each episode features recipes we've carefully developed to make sure they work every time. Christopher Kimball and the test cooks solve everyday cooking problems, test equipment so you never have to waste money on things that don't work, and taste supermarket ingredients to save you time in the store. It's a common-sense, practical approach you won't find on other cooking shows.

The laminate pizza dough makes this recipe! I was a little disappointed that they excluded the raw meat in the baking process. Probably more of a legal issue but it would have been nice with the ground pork shoulder included with time and temp recommendations for the baking process. However; if in doubt, use pepperoni :)

Chris is kind of a jerk. Isn't he? Dude needs to relax more and go with the humor! However, she's excellent and fun to watch. I'm trying this recipe after Xmas.
