  • un poquito más rápido...! técnica perfecta, pero falta chispa, un poco de rapidez

    :-D

  • Me too. Like when I was 12.

  • There are 60 year old people still training it. It's never too late to get into a sport, just like playing a instrument.

  • Good work.

I really wish I would have found this sport when I was a kid.

  • on your snatches you're cathcing the weight too far back..this is causing your torso to tilt forward a bit...cause...you're not keeping the bar close enough to your body during the 2nd pull, pull agressively with your elbows up and back. that'll help keep the bat close to your body..you're "swinging" it up. also you want to catch the bar in the same position as your back jerk finish......directly over your traps..just behind your ears.

  • all i can say is finish the pull, and focus on extension of the torso.

  • Looking strong. You need to finish the second pull completely before you catch the snatch. Your weight is on your toes and your shoulders are still over the bar when you dive which causes the awkward position you're catching it in. Good luck training! :)

  • na 80..wak bo pia y bo lomba...
