One the train is well run in (over 10hrs actual running time) you can do this easily.

All the other videos of live steam I saw the train jumps forward, then runs too fast.

I dont think that was a good idia. You shouldve done this very carfuly whith a picture of a post-war A4 which didnt have the valances

You are running it with the RED light on. It is supposed to be GREEN!

@MrHeadsocket This is probably caused by a slight misadjustment of the contact wiper controlling the red and green light. If the loco runs a little bit faster, the light will be green.
