w/ all due respect, i think ur therapist is an ass. 2 start getting better & learn how 2 live, i had 2 cut off the relationship that was killing me. just b/c they're family doesn't mean i'm obligated 2 have a relationship with them. forcing myself 2 only ruins me. they don't have 2 luv me the right way, i don't have 2 keep that wound(relationship) open. sorry 4 being so opinionated ur videos strike a very raw/painful nerve. i don't mean 2 contribute 2 ur struggles

Girl, listen to me. I am sickened by what your "therapist" told you! Work out the relationship with those who are harming you? Shit, why not just tell you to swim across a gasoline lake with a lit cigarette? Both situations will cause an expolosion! I so, so, so detest people who wear the label therapist and don't know what the hell they are talking about. Please look for a new one!!! You're in my thoughts. My family (mother side) Are all obese.. and we were sitting around the table talking about the right ways to loose weight. lol.. imagine that. THe only skinny one in the family is my mother. And she is skinny because she didn't want to be like her mom. And one thing that drives me batty is when my mom says. Ohhh.. looks like you've lost some weight. When she says this I usually have gained weight. ticks me off.
