These graphics are Gannett graphics. A couple of Gannett stations used them, including WUSA.

Well, with WXIA being the Atlanta market's investigative and hard news station, this fits perfectly. Well, it DID, until Gannett came along and messed it up.

I really like the morning cut of Tower V3. It's not too soft, but not too hard. I think the main news theme for Tower V3 is just TOO hard. It sounds almost mean... it's just too aggressive. And the graphics really aren't that great either... especially when you compare them to a station like KTLA.

Ted Hall is good, and he reminds me of Russ Spencer on FOX5, but sometimes Ted injects his opinion in the story.

i see there still useing alive v.1 for other things on there like traffic and sports and stuff but they use towers V.3 for the opening and promos awsome!:)

Before Gannett made them switch over, WXIA had one of the best news music and graphics packages for an NBC, make that any station. Tower v3 is a very strong and works well for KGW in Portland. If only WSMV in Nashville would duplicate this whole package, it could run with WTVF.
