Mind you, this cinema commercial is from 1952 ... The song is already a little older than its famed version from the 1957 movie "Die Beine von Dolores" ... it was common preactice, to use successful songs as film music ... The ingenious Bruno Balz wrote the witty lyrics and Michael Jary composed the melody ... This was another marvellous example of the 'ironic tangos' the duo created throughout their creative cooperation which lasted several decades ... Cheers, Julia

And to vandellas1963: AGREED. Pantyhose are horrible and uncomfortable! That's why I stick to actual stockings. They last a lot longer too!
