  • Thank you Warren Buffet, again. I have heard people say that if Warren Buffett wants to pay more taxes then he should write out a check to the treasury dept. Why would anyone pay more unless it is the law? A government can't be successful on a basis of philanthropy. This policy should be changed, just as Mr. Buffett is calling for. I wish there were more logical millionaires and billionaires like him.

  • @lobster951 The wealthiest 10% in America already pay 45% of all taxes. In the rest of OECD countries the wealthiest 10% pay an average of 30% of all taxes. The difference is called consumption taxes: the first source of government revenue in Europe. In my opinion, paying the "fair share" means higher taxes on the rich AND a broader tax base. Eventually, a national sales tax will be created.

  • @TheImpeacher You are a faggot. Commenting only makes you a bigger faggot.

  • Buffet is an asshole. Money only makes him a bigger asshole.

  • @lobster951 The government is not a charity. I heard this awhile back and it stuck in my head because it's honest and makes good sense. The gov. is not charity. Warren and I'm sure Mitt and the rest of the rich write checks to charity all the time, not to the U.S.A. I'm with you @lobster951 on this one for sure.
