Listen 2 this sweet little girl from Mahe, India !

This is the lovely daughter of the French speaking Keralite I met on Mahe beach in Kerala, India. Her dad was trying to make her say a few words to me in French and this little girl stole my heart with her sweet face and even sweeter innocence !

The person who's speaking made some mistakes. He said, "Comment s'appelez-vous?"(comment vous appelez-vous) and "Dites non" (while he referred to the girl as"tu"). The accent of the person is so different. I would like to know which accent is it? Was it Indian? French don't speak that way.
