Elton John LIVE in Sweden 2003 - #1 Your Song

From a Radio Broadcast in Sweden, recorded LIVE at the Sundsvall Park Arena 2003 June 28.

After this opening song Elton explained to the audience that he had a "really bad cold" and that he hoped he could get through the concert because he really wanted to play for us! During the concert his voice did disappear at times and he sang some rough notes. I found out later that he had actually been up all night the night before the concert doing one of his "White Tie and Tiara" balls in Windsor! No wonder he had a "cold"! :o)

But the concert was fabulous nontheless - the audience loved him and he stayed in a good mood. I have my own "home-made" audio recording of the whole concert, but in 2004 Radio P4 in Sweden played ten songs from the concert with great audio quality - so I am finally getting around to sharing them with you!
