Actually this video and the situation as a whole has been, at this point, largley discussed and exposed. Modern Egyptian society (and the majority of Arab-Muslim nations) makes it practically impossible for women to defend themselves in almost any mode of life. The problem of rampant sexual harassment in these countries isn't in any way a "new" development either, it's just finally getting more well deserved attention. I hope women get equality and rights in these kinds of places one day.

This is a regular street fight. Police is powerless against the number of people in the fight. You might not be used to this, but what happens is two opposing groups from a different neighbourhoods carry sticks, knives, and other white weapons and start a fight for some reason, things escalate after a while when friends starts to call upon other friends to the fight. Can all of those posters who insulted Egyptian men in the video, actually point at the sexual harassment in the video.

WHAT a jerk! That is NOT what was going on and you know it. Shame on you for inciting hate. They were actually clamouring to help the upset women..it hapens sometimes.
