you missed pommels... lol off the top of my head two pommel loops to a 900 is an F and one pommel loop to 1080 is an F. dont know if you couldnt find vids for thos or what. i know you didnt miss pommels on accident.

Cassina is a kolaman laid out and a pineda is a gaylord 2 with a half twist. basically pineda is more of a pike and cassina is laid out i think is the difference.
