Sorry about that. I have no explanation for it. It was uploaded as an MP4 just like all my other vids but came out like crap.

I do not understand the vid quality issue with this one. I have uploaded all of my videos the same way, but they never have a consistent quality once they are in the system?! I upload as MPEG-4, is there a better format?

Not likely, the bullets are cast in soft lead and would flatten out when they hit the armour. They would however release all of their energy which would most likely result in serious blunt trauma injuries.
