Great Video Suzie! Thanks again you two for coming up the the Great White North for some fun in Manitoba. Anytime you need a crazy Canuck to stand on your bow in swells, you know where to find me!

I'm not going to tell them "real vikings don't say whee" -- Vikings can say Anything They Want, SIR! Now can you please point that axe the other way, kthxbye.

Yeehaw! Wearing armor and helmets in a baby longship, with swells high enough to hide the gunwales; then you raise a sail, and STAND UP?! You guys are nuts. But you were obviously having fun. Thanks for sharing.

Actually, it is called a Drakkor and a longship. Longboats were used for fishing and merchanting. I was instructed by a long time viking on the high council that anything with a dragon on the prow was NOT to be called a longboat. :)

Thanks Lars, we had a great time. The wind and waves just made it all the more exciting to be out sailing. And remember guys, real vikings don't say "wheeee!" when going over a wave! LOL
