The Tyra Banks Show - ''Judgments about appearance'' (Recorded Sep 10, 2009, WPIX) In a groundbreaking social experiment, Tyra examines why people are so eager to make snap judgments based on appearance -- especially women. Tyra sends a panel of people -- who have no problem admitting theyre judgmental -- to an event space to judge pictures and video of people theyve never met. The unsuspecting panel is unaware that the people in the pictures can hear every word theyre saying -- and will eventually come face-to-face with them on Tyras stage to confront their judgmental views! Tyra also performs the same experiment with couples.

I actually agree with Marie to some extent, she feels that if you are a certain size you should dress in a way that compliments your body structure which is true but she goes on about it the wrong way, she shouldn't lash out on people because they are fat and don't look good as a fat person but rather give tips to people who are fat, how to look good wen you're fat.

Tyra got an OWNING award when she said, "When I'm gossiping it's because I ain't feeling like shit that day." It's so true, and it's so problematic. I'm glad that she pointed it out. Thank you Tyra.

When Marie was talking about, "Everybody does it", and "If you saw a girl in fishnets at 11 PM at broadway, would you think she was a hooker?", the audience was all disagreeing, I highly doubt those people in the audience doesn't judge, or think "that girl's a hooker", they were only lying to make those girls feel bad, because that's what society would tell them is correct.

The big girl does have a point...I'm a big girl. It's not about judging people about being heavy, like she said be tasteful. I don't want to see a big woman wearing a mini skirt and a half shirt. No judgement on weight, it just bothers her that she has to see it. So i see where she is coming from somewhat.

@sayruuhh There's a difference between thinking someone might be a prostitute and thinking "damn, what a fucking gross hooker". If I saw someone walking down the street like that, I MIGHT think she's a prostitute, but I'm not judging her for it.

I hate the fact that she's trying to justify why each of them are judging so harshly. It'll make them feel like it's not their fault.....I mean look at how some of them were nodding their stupid heads when Tyra was trying to explain how they have 'pain' in their hearts that causes them to insult people. PUHHH-LEASE, everyone in this world has some form of pain they're going thru in their life, what makes their own any different??
