@hypersaiyangoku my best dub I've watched would have to be one of 3 animes FLCL, Trigun, or Yu Yu Hakusho. Bleach while Johnny Young bosch does a good job in the lead I just couldn't help but feel an Eric Vale(Desert Punk) or a Justin Cook (Lead in Yu Yu Hakusho) whould of done a better job. But honestly I don't run into any really bad dubs. even some of 4kids are alright it's just there rewrites that are terrible. it's okay change the script but don't gut the fun of the script as well.

The best I remember was watching the first Full Metal Alcamist Anime, the dubbing was great in it. Bleach is good, Naruto Watchable dubbed, One Piece hated dub so watched it subbed, Pokemon don't care which i watch

@hypersaiyangoku I perfer Ocean studios if for anything Rock the Dragon. plus funimations insitants of having the new Vegeta do over 9,000 is just bad. I maintain that the first saga should be the old high pitched Vegeta and the rest should be the new Vegeta. but yeah I know most dubbings are really good Funimation does an excellent job in almost everything. granted I wish the would finally figure out Lupin the 3rd in terms of dubbing. sonic x while okay the sub is much better. IMO

@thelinedrive True, but don't put all dubbers down. some tend to do a really really good Job, the most annoying though ever Was the Dubbings for Dragonball Z, Funimation and Ocean Studios, can't watch either without a conflict on which is better, I grew up watching the Ocean Studio's so i like it more, so watching vidios of them is annoying with the coments about the dubs

@hypersaiyangoku well my opinion the main cast fits the character fine, but your right some of the rewrites to the english script are annoying as well as some of the voice of some of side characters like the people at the begining of the show that find sonic in the middle of traffic. but the one thing that makes the sub better IMO is the cast seems to be having fun with it while the english cast just falls flat. plus the music in the sub is much better.also cheesy lines don't do the dub favors

No your right 4kids version wasn't bad , it was painful, 4kids ruin every anime they get theirs hands on becaus eof their editing, anything I watching iot's 4kids version I just watch the sub japapnese version atleast there's nothing cut out

My thoughts:

Season 1: funny, light-hearted, and a good intro season

Season 2: Nothing but fillers for 2 games = BORING

Season 3: HFSTA (Holy Fucking Shit That's Awesome)
