@45bboop Hello Precious one,,,Im sorry for what has happened to you that has made you shut down, but believe me, once you find a practioner and stay with it,,,dont think that everything will happen in one day,,,,love yourself enough to stay with it and she or he will take you to a place of feeling,,,it will hurt , but that hurt is less painful than the life your living now,,,,,find some one and start living

@Mithra53 True enough. I only mentioned it because it wasnt a pleasant experience already for the person standing there, so I thougt that could be a bit nicer.

That is excellent guidance. Sometimes all the feelings are so bundled, it's easier to just shove them all down. Picking one tiny thing at a time does work. Or pick what you DON'T feel.. like OK, I'm not angry or I'm not sad. It narrows things down for you so you can ask yourself - OK, what do I feel. And PRACTICE. Practice with something NOT important, like this painting on the internet makes me feel WHAT? As you practice, you get better at identifying...
