Tara, I love your graden!!! I love to cook also and am worried that I will not enjoy it after my surgery (9/8) Have you ever made your meatloaf and stuffed it in the Zuch. that is how my mom always did it and she would top it with some chesse. It just baked in the zuch it is really good. Thanks for the great video

Great video. I have never thought of adding oats to meatloaf, but what great idea! Are they instant oatmeal? How much would you add to a pound of meat. It was kind of hard to tell in the picture.

I just sauted up some onion, garlic and yellow squash in olive oil. Then I put it in a backing dish and added the cheeses. Baked it for a little bit and chowed down. It was yummy.

You give me hope that I will soon be back cooking after I had my surgery. I love to cook especially with my son who is going away to college in a couple of weeks and I will miss him. So thanks for the cooking encouragement
