I love to cook also and am worried that I will not enjoy it after my surgery (9/8) Have you ever made your meatloaf and stuffed it in the Zuch. that is how my mom always did it and she would top it with some chesse. Great video. I have never thought of adding oats to meatloaf, but what great idea! Are they instant oatmeal? How much would you add to a pound of meat. It was kind of hard to tell in the picture.
I just sauted up some onion, garlic and yellow squash in olive oil. Then I put it in a backing dish and added the cheeses. Baked it for a little bit and chowed down. It was yummy.
You give me hope that I will soon be back cooking after I had my surgery. I love to cook especially with my son who is going away to college in a couple of weeks and I will miss him. So thanks for the cooking encouragement
