Thank you for having compassion and understanding. After man made flood in New Orleans I would think that our leaders can see the need for help from our country. How can money be sent out of the country in such vast amounts when we're in need here. My family is living from month to month and money is being sent overseas, how am I suppose to understand that. I live in AMERICA AND I VOTE!
