@Goremorah well yea since he cant play anythin else
-
I don't see why people think he is a good player. He blows and is sloppy as hell.
-
Slayer never wrote a ballad.
-
@SparcoC4 What it sounds like to me
-
for whatever reason people always think of Kerry King as Slayer's rhythm player...FUCK THAT he can play awesome leads just as well!!!
-
@belrocksg I think because Kerry is the one more talkative and extrovert dude..I dont even think Jeff would want to be the famous one. Also Kerry is more popular because he is iconic, he looks like a fricken garden gnome.
-
Standard tuning maybe?
-
1a !!!!!!!!!!
-
@belrocksg just to add, Jeff wrote: "Raining Blood", "War Ensemble" "South of Heaven" "Seasons in the Abyss" and "Angel of Death"

refering to the solo comments:
I never did like KK's solos! I discovered quickly that Jeff's solos were the ones I was liking. I just dont care for KK's choice of notes. On another note, Jeff writes most of the riffs in Slayer so I never really understood why KK is the FAMOUS one.
P.s. Im not saying KK sucks. Hes good at playing, but Jess is great at writing/playing
kerry king has never been a shredder, sad how everone is slagging him, digraceful ,,this guy and his band slayer are in the history of metal and been an influence on not many but almost everyone, and to still be active and together all these years playing good stuff not great like the earlier ,, is a teatament to their work, hail slayer a name that demands RESPECT.
