hey Coach Ryan, I know this vid was posted last year and I've seen it several times before but I always wondered how many sets, or how to count the number of rotations for this exercise. Is there a measurement of progress that should be used?

That move was so cool I added in last minute to a PiYo audition I had to do last night at a yoga school. I am waiting breathlessly for Part II
