7.88 a mile high???? That's crazy it's got to be in the mid 6's where normal people live.

I was totally with him until the last comment. The Avalon is a cool car, if you know how to style it/ style with it right. Tastefully of course, no 22 inch rims or shinny chrome bits will be tolerated. Out of all the cars I have ever owned, including my current 08 STI, my old 05 Avalon was the best car I ever owned.

What A stupid guy !! you start counting when the car starts to move .. not before that !! .. the avalon can easly do it in under 6 seconds ..

Dave, actually if you did some research you'd find the Avalon goes 0 to 60 in just a tic over 7 seconds, and given the fact that I tested the car at a mile above sea level the 7.88 sec time is right on the money.
