Great results mate, did you do the yoga x as I finish my first week after todays Kenpo X and i substituted Yoga for Cardio X as i got bored 10 mins in - do you think this will make much difference to my results? I'm following classic version and on top of this I also train muay thai twice a week.

Did you use supplements? If yes, where did you buy them? And did you follow the guide just like it says or did you simply eat less, and no junk? And how many pounds did you lose a week?

I started p90x but didnt finish more then 1 week becouse i got really sick, thinking about starting over.
Got no problem with the training but the food part, you got any weekly food schedule or so?

Great job staying motivated threw all of that ^_^ I just bought P90x and I'm about to start it soon but so scared I'm going to give up! LoL. I know it takes a lot so grats on getting threw with it! Did you follow the nutrition plan as well?

@madchickgonewild Don't be scared! I tell everyone to just give it 100% for two weeks. I guarantee if you do push for two weeks you'll be so satisfied with yourself it will keep you motivated to keep going! And definitely follow the nutrition plan as closely as possible! @onebigvon Insane results man!I am 19 6 foot 5 236 and plan on buying the p90x peak results package soon and have josh as my coach.Hopefully I can get some good results.I am at 24 % bf and my legs are already ripped from using a weighted speed rope and my triceps are somewhat visible..Hopefully I will be ripped all over after two rounds of this program may throw in a 35 pound kettle-bell and 6 miles of walking into the program later on.

@legend1617 Josh is my coach too! Listen to him and you'll do great!! He knows his stuff! I wouldn't worry too much about adding to the program though, just follow the routines. Especially follow the diet! I followed the diet religously! That's how I was able to get cut so fast. Good luck and keep in touch! I'd like to see a video from you when you finish!
