like i used to be OOOBSSSEEEEEESSSSEEEED with them,

Well, the thing is, most Slipknot fans like them becuase they are popular. There are some real fans, but wait five years, Slipknot will be gone. Therefore, it's a safe assuption that a lot of Slipknot fans are metal posers, but of course not all of them are.
