I would LOVE to build one of these. Where did you get the plans or did you do it from scratch yourself?
I am still at the Simulator stage and have never flown anything before but this Polaris video keeps me coming back daily watching it again and again. I think my step daughter's boy friend is catching the fever now too. He is going to get a simulator now also.
We would LOVE to build a Polaris. Can you help us out with plans?....or point us in the right direction please?
Thanks Kevin

@flyby8906 The Pink Monster is powered by an E-Flight 46 brushless with a 670KV rating. It is powered through a 100A ESC by two 4S 5000mAH LiPOs in parallel (4S-2P). Dennis, the builder, used a 3 bladed prop for more thrust in the limited space for the prop (look at the pictures). I don't know the size of the prop but it looked like something in the 12" diameter range. I don't know the pitch.

Respond to this video...I should give credit to Gary as the pilot in the video. This was his second flight with the Pink one and as you can see, he had his landings down cold. Nice job Gary!!!!!

@Skydive4ever What was really freaking awesome was how well it flew. I got to fly it right after the video was taken and it was a dream. My first landing attempt came in way too high. I just pulled back on the elevator and gave it the gas and she just muscled her way back into the air. My next few landings were greased in. It flew like a 1X Polaris, only nicer!!!!!!
