Did you know, you are born with only one fear? and that is the fear of loud noises. One fear! Just one! How many fears do you have now? All our other fears have ben learned. Perhaps your mother was afraid of spiders, or your Father was afraid of wasps and bees, and now, you are too?
But this is good news, yes, good news, because if your fears have been learned, then your fears can be unlearnt.

I used to be afraid of wasps and bees, I would run a mile to get away from them. I had this fear for 20 years or so, no one was to blame for his fear becoming worse over time, but me. Every time I said to myself Aaaaggghhhrrrr its a beeeeee, I don't like them! What I was doing was re-inforcing the fear, making it stronger. Running away from the wasp/bee gave comfort to me, what this did was program my brain to feel good....if I ran away from the fear. But, this was simply making it a much deeper ingrained problem.

Now, however, a wasp/bee can be less than a few inches away from me and I am not afraid. What a joyeous life we can have if we overcome our fears, to not be afraid of things we should not be. How I unlearnt my fear of wasps was by doing a combination of doyletics with EFT, this may or may not work for everyone, but the point is, it CAN be done. Be not afraid.

Thank you so much Paul, I've been miserable the past year, constantly feeling suicidal and anxious, but this music in particular is giving me some kind of hope. It's a beautiful feeling. I envy those that have it everyday. It's a like a piece of heaven.

Paul.. Never sell out to the world. I am sure that there are them who would use your music, but with 'demands.' This song seems to have som stops where it's quiet for a few sec. Maybe by design. ?? I use a downloader, but only so I can either play off line and of course less 'bumps in the road' than with U tube. U Tube is great
