CTI treats its talent as "internal VIPs". This department is made up of representatives from a broad cross-section of the company. It's a strong communication channel for all talent to express their needs in furthering their careers. The department carefully takes note of all reasonable requests and implements them whenever feasible.
At CTI, we embrace people who are eager to learn and relish challenges. We put a lot of thought and effort into nurturing our people; creating an environment that not only makes work more pleasurable, but is also conducive to a healthy work-life balance. We believe in keeping our people happy, who will in turn keep our customers happy!

CTI strongly encourages continuous personal development. To this end, the company invests a considerable amount of effort and money in learning. This includes a subsidy of up to 30% of an employee's monthly salary for external education; sabbatical leave, with continued benefits, of up to one year; 15 Training and Development professionals who provide internal workshops; a Life-time Learning Center in Hong Kong and a dedicated 14,000 sq ft training centre in Guangzhou. We believe that CTI offers each member of staff not only a job, but also a path for personal and career development.

Whilst we consider each of our employees to be a potential Talent, not every Talent is right for us. As such, we terminate the bottom 5% of our salary base every year, with the budget remaining within the department for Talent refresh. We use salary base rather than headcount to ensure a fair distribution across different pay levels. In short, we want to ensure that the wrong Talents get off the bus, so that we can focus our resources on the developing the right Talents.
