I've got the Court ORDER from 22 Nov. and will post to blog tonight. Hastily-departed DOC Chief Harold Clarke will have to sit his ass down for a Deposition, unrestricted by content but subject to 1 hour limitation.
I don't know where this gets the Defendants though because they are the ones who knowingly possessed illegal CORI information and they are the ones who published the false fact that Ms. Marinova was "bagged" for sexual misconduct.

This is too much fun!
What I'll do next is get a Big Rig with a directional or digital mic for the next courtroom appearance so I can have enough video quality to make a nice little Big Screen movie.
We've got all the elements:
An striking, earnest alleged criminal probably innocent, a good looking woman with impeccable credentials, sex (or lack thereof), a sleazy newspaper and TV Station, and dirty government employees.
It's a winner all the way, folks.

BTW The document I forgot to put in the movie is the sign up sheet where Ms. Marinova signed up two days prior to her visit, yet Van Sack wrote that she was snuck in by State Rep. Fox.
