Im trying to hook up my m-audio oministudio usb but can't seem to get it right! I've had it hooked up by than it was in storage and recently bringing it back out! Can you please help me connect my mixer to interface

Nate, I have been looking for a good BASIC tutorial on preamps, and how they work with a microphone. I've heard that having a good mic, along with a good preamp, will give you the best vocals. Would love it if you would touch on this subject! Thanks!
