hi. great video! i use honey as a deep conditioner. it leaves the hair so soft and manageable. i also mix it with coconut oil or sunflower oil or any other oil to make it more pliable. you can also mix it with any cheapie conditioner. and plus it is less expensive than the high-end deep conditioners. believe me, i have tried the expensive ones and honey is the best in my opinion. hope that helps. :0)
