Your boxing techniques are really bad and you wouldn't last more than 3 rounds with that stance / defence.

@youlosez The best counter to this is at 0:43 seconds hit pause. If your facing him straight on (Orthodox stance) duck under the punch while sidestepping to the right. At the same time throw a looping overhand left hook. If it connects its a ko. Done this myself once or twice and its a good counter.

Very interesting. I like how you gave the isolation exercise and demonstrated it really clearly. I'm used to thinking about rotating on an axis when throwing punches, but this swivel motion makes sense too. I'll definitely have to play with this!

Thank you. It is amazing to find this information available. You have a rare gift for teaching. Your video's mean a lot and are very much appreciated. You have given hope to some of the frustration that comes from sorting through the chaff. Bravo! Keep it up. I can't get to the next one quick enough.

you look like a goof.
How do I defend against a fighter doing this to me?

@youlosez step sideways hard, and then throw the same punches at him in a counter punching fashion, and then step to the side again and get in the middle of the ring, then dominate and push him back with your jab, and then wait for his counter and then slip bob and weave and slam him with a big left hand in the face. Do that later and hit his liver with the left this time. Dominate the pipe by using your left hand lead, That way you never get square to him. You can dodge his attacks more easily.
