Mark Argo talks about what we can learn from history as we try to make a DIY future. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States License.

  • Thanks for share Good information.

  • Theres a huge difference between nowadays and the times, when we had shoemakers and opticians.

Back in the days, people went there for customization,

because they had REAL needs. A smaller shoe, a stronger glass. Which means, anyone exactly knew what he needed.

Today, we do not really need all this electronic stuff. We think we do, but actually we've just been told so.

So we are not able to go to a "modern gadget maker" and tell him, what we need.

  • Nice Mark. I like that surgeon cane.

  • Great vid :)
