Breakdancer hits a kid

What starts as a freestyle break-dancing performance quickly turns into a painful kick that sends a 3-year-old kid flying.

So here's the deal: not sure how old this clip is and whether or not the kid was OK.one non-reputable comment on another site says that the dancer was arrested and charged with assault, but we can't find any actual proof of that.

I hope he wasn't arrested for that. That would be bullshit. He obviously didn't see the child, neither was it his fault the child's guardians couldn't keep track of him/her.
