Kind of a slow shipping time, usually takes about a week or a week and a half to get to you, but that is on standard delivery, i'm sure it gets to you faster with faster delivery times. Very easy returns, they pay for it and send the shipping label so you just have to drop the package off at your local USPS or UPS and its finished and taken care of. Some items are more expensive for sure, but honestly stuff like the SA8 (like that other reviewer wrote about) works a lot better as I have found, remember, wherever you shop, you get what you pay for, you pay dirt cheap prices, a lot of the time you will get bad products.
Good selection of products. There isnt much I havent been able to find. They have messed up one of my orders, but what company doesnt screw them up once in a while (the answer here is none folks).
Not the cheapest prices, but a good experience and they offer a lot of things you cannot get elsewhere.

We terminated our account from Quixtar / Amway a long time ago. We still periodically receive orders that we never ordered, even a year and a half later. What really burns me is that my debit card gets charged and that once resulted in bounced checks that the company never compensated me for. (Note for Internet shoppers, ALWAYS use real credit cards and not debit cards online for reasons like this.) They have always taken the products back and payed for the return shipping (kudos for that), but sometimes it takes up to a month to get the money refunded into my bank account.

Confusing site to navigate, hard to get a feel for pricing
structure for most products. Brand name items such as
electronics did not include model number, making it very
hard to comparison shop. I'm not sure I get the point,
since it seems like you cannot do anything on the site
with contacting an "IBO", that is a person to give you
a number, which sort of defeats the purpose of a web site.
I looked at it after a relative gave me his IBO number and
suggested that I'd want to do all my shopping there. Even
with the "distributor" discount, it looks much more expensive than just stopping at the store, not to mention shipping (and I'm talking brand names, such as Tide detergent compared to Quixtar "SA8").

Horribly overpriced junk, just like the Amway of old. Don't get sucked into the pyramid scheme, you'll only end up a loser. The company I work for is essentially blackmailed into using them (one of our big customers is an IBO (and used to be when Amway as well)) and it causes nothing but hassles around the office. They ship slowly, send wrong stuff in with the right stuff and then give a hassle on the return.

"The new navigation on the site has made it easier than ever to shop, and the upgrades on the Ditto Delivery service are truly amazing. I have seen no other site like it on the net and as an Independent Business Owner, they actually pay me to shop here!!! It's a no-brainer...
