Korean War Veterans Parkway northbound

Formerly known as the Richmond Parkway, the Vets Parkway connects the Outerbridge Crossing and West Shore Expressway to central Staten Island. The highway is very much underutilized because of a lack of points of interest at the road's northern terminus; initial plans for the road had it continuing northeast to the now-abandoned Sunnyside Interchange along the Staten Island Expressway.
