Eydie Gorme y Los Panchos do an awesome cover of this song. I think Eydie's version is way better than Ersi or Bertha. No offense to these ladies...they are very talented, but Eydie is a much more accomplished singer...that's just a fact.

In response to all the negative people posting ridiculous comments Bertha is a well known and established singer in her own right. She simply was trying to maintain the integrity of the song. Ive heard her sing this song live and she blew me away. To all those using the word disrespect, look up the definition. Furthermore, b4 making a comment imagine yourself in the exact situation and ask urself could I have done it any better" if the answer is no, u have no place to judge.

Stop the "NEGATIVE" comments ! Nobody is putting down ERSI ! If anything she is honoring the way Ersi did this song. And she is singing with El Chicano that day therefore Bertha would be expected to sing it as close to the original as possible . GOD BLESS BOTH OF THIS GREAT SINGERS ! BE PROUD AND RESPECTFUL !
