If you go online to snowathome.com to purchase stuff, use the code forest in the coupon section. You get a discount or extra stuff. After 3 years of trial and error, Forest (10 years old) used products from snowathome.com to build his snow making machine. He and Grandpa carved a sled run out of the snow. Toooooo much fun.

  • For the last frickin' time people. Why would anyone fake snow???? We only had a dusting of real snow. He made snow with his snow maker for 3 days. Sceptics can suck it.

  • this kinda looks face, considering you can see snow on other peoples roofs far away

  • @Hydrogenperoxidefox It snowed lightly nearby but NOTHING like what we made in our yard. You can't actually make snow very well when it is snowing at the same time. You need it to be dry not humid.

  • Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but is this not the same video that was on a news story a year or two ago and the mom was saying how the boy " INVENTED AND BUILT" the whole snow making system himself. Just a little odd, that everything looked mighty technical for such a young kid..and also looked just like what snowathome was selling at the time....I guess as long as he's happy...

  • You ARE WRONG! We always said he got the parts to build the kit from snowathome. We KNOW he didn't invent the snow machine or the internet. FYI...reporters don't just repeat what you say. They condense and make mistakes. If they were into science enough to undertand it, they would be doing something other than standing with a mike in their hands. Forest DID put this rig together and we are very proud of his ability to run the machines and undertand the science, even when he was 10.

  • We used the stairs to our terrace to create a launching ramp that went into an s curve with a burm to stop at. Later he used the snow to make a snow cave in the middle of the yard. This year we have a the Snowathome SG7 with multiple times the capacity of what Forest put together and we are making snow on Monday!!!!
