I went to St. Joseph HS right near and I remember the pizza shop and all these stores. Now, 4 years later, there all gone. Change is good but not always need/

I live in the area and love it but I'm concerned!
Since this is occurring almost simultaneously in so many locations all around the area, it amounts to a massive disruption!
For some time, possibly more than a year or two I won't be able to shop in my neighborhood.
Breathing is also going to be difficult with so much demo annd construction going on there will be a huge amount of dust and dirt as well as exhaust from vehicles and equipment.
