i went to Ocean club a few time..i rember getting on the elevators...I think they had 3 floors ...anyway where was the Ocean club...I always thought it was near Woodway..near 610?Can you help me out The cowboys? Thx

I never got a chance to go to 6400; but, I listened to every broadcast on Sunday nites back in the late 80's. Great show to listen to while working for PIZZA INN as a delivery driver.

@TheThecowboys1 Tim djed at 6400? I know he spun at Avalon and DV8. He was still there as Program Director when it became tejano. Never knew he was connected to 6400

Tim Flannigan used to DJ the Ocean club, he used to be the best at that time! I lived at the Ocean club 1986 til 1989. Gone to Club 6400 a few times and Avalon with Tim DJing there.

I remember Xcess giving away a volkswagon and a guy told me he had arrainged it so he would win. Sure enough this guy won it.

jdeehous -- how did you convert the tapes to music files? Finding your mixes reminded me I still have 2-3 mix tapes from XCess, 6400, and NRG.

I bought a cd recorder and plug my tape deck into that. I can do yours if you want. You can buy programs now that you can plug into your computer and do, but the sound quality I get from the cd recorder is hard to beat. I'm sure if you have the right software and sound card though, you should be able to equal it.
