hi!! i'm from argentina i don't speak well english i would like to know where i could find more wallpapers and diferents configuration conky. i use crunchbang 10 statler and i new in this distro.

Essentially, you can't. Sorry. Conky is written to run on computers with the X Window System, which means it won't run on Windows. You could try using Cygwin, since it includes an X server, but be aware that this would require compiling it yourself and is probably not worth the hassle.

@yenomeerf I don't know what your experience has been, but Ubuntu Maverick dealt with my microphone seamlessly out of the box. No problems at all. Ditto Debian.
And as for the fact that malabond didn't use a microphone, well, there are an awful lot of tutorial videos for Windows which also have no sound. Have you considered that malabond may simply not own a microphone, and/or care to have their voice on the internet?
