The Path Towards Christian Unity

It is baffling to both non-Christians and Christians why Christianity is so divided: there are more than 30,000 Christian denominations in the world and the number is growing. In his sermon on 30 Jan 2011, Fr Anthony Hutjes of Blessed Sacrament Church (BSC), Singapore, examines the probable roots of the problem and more importantly, recommends a possible path to take for each and every Christian in the quest for Christian Unity. He draws inspiration from the gentleness of St Francis de Sales in the 16th century who single-handedly brought back 72,000 Christians to the Catholic Church!
