Looks like an attic fire. I don't see a fully involved structure, then I see a lost structure. Maybe I'm wrong, but seems to me a line inside would have made a big difference.

Ok, it happened in Marlborough, CT. The reason you don't see a fully involved structure is due to the fact that I was walking up from the drive way, those flames are from the attic of the garage. The entire other side of the house was involved. One woman was pulled out safely, and then exterior ops were set up due to deteriorating conditions. A line inside wouldn't have been worth the risk of losing an FF's.

The cause of the fire was a lightning strike to the chimney, upon the first arrival it was fully involved, so exterior operations were set up.
