My name is Paul Grigsby and I am black. I came to the Czech Republic on a study abroad program four days ago. This is the first black person I met.

Sure I've been to a black neighborhood before and yes a lot of people in those neighborhoods act crazy but I think 99 percent is a huge exaggeration. I'm black and I don't act like a psycho chimpanzee neither does anyone in my family.
