Maple Ridge British Columbia's Gravity defying Magnetic Hill

Located just East of Albion on Thornhill in Whonnock is our very own Magnetic Hill. Drive a little south of 100th ave on 256th street in the Maple Ridge Real Estate neighborhood Whonnock. There is a little dip just past the school, go to the bottom, stop, then put it in neutral! Amaze your kids

there is another one in maple ridge just down the street from there at the turn off for the SPCA if you face west like you were going back to 240th

it goes downhill all the way, just not as steep, with a cam you may have the impression you're going uphill, but keep an eye out to the trees. They'll tell you what angle you're rolling at!

I've been wondering about moving there for years, i didnt even know about this little surprise, I hope i can afford the homes in the area

I forgot all about this - I lived around there as a kid. (1960's) I think my dad showed us.

If you go there, make sure to take Spillsbury, on your way out (back down to Lougheed Hwy - I used to call it the most beautiful road in the world.
