12:30 I work at a micro beer brewery and we had to dump an entire fermenting tank worth of beer (a lot smaller than these ones). You don't actually lose too much money since it only costs a tiny fraction in barley and hops to make. For these guys probably around $55,000 for a tanks worth of raw material (4400 Hex worth of finished beer)
