I friggin' love Shane! I love The Pogues! But I don't understand this whole "I wish I could've lived his life" stuff. The poor guy has drank himself beyond repair. God's gotta hold of this guy and is keeping him on earth to entertain us all. Shane has cheated death God know how many times. God Bless him!

Oye, couldn't they have focused elsewhere on Shane for the video, instead of his poor ol' pickets? He showed them; tho'; people love him (& yeah, pity him too), for his voice sings of the old soul that he is. Dirty Old Boy <3
