I really want to HEAR a test of TG3/TG7 in a loud environment, for example in a club/disco with loud music. I'm not interested in the video quality, because its shown on most reviews, I want to hear the quality of recorded audio. Will the quality be good? Currently i use a Nokia E90 - I was suprised about its audio recording quality, just check out my vids. Im thinking about a tg7, but i need to know what i've mentioned before. Peace.

No and yes. Tho the viewfinder can be flipped the other way( screen pointing out) so you can mount it to a helmet or something.

Can you rotate the lens view to shoot side ways , just to lay it flat on something rather than standing up and the wind knocks its down? Does the Viewfinder have to be open all the time for it to record ?

i might get this camcorder, but i dont know much about it and i want to know if its comfortable and if you can attach a strap like most camcorders. Please reply.

it is, i agree!
USA can also pay $100 at the time they buy the TG-1/3 and get a semi-soft leather case + spare battery & lcd cleaning kit (saves about $50 if you bought it seperate)
but we ALL have E-bay don't we, might i recommend checking out Sony Memory Stick prices, shipped from hong-kong tend to be the cheapest =]
if you are buy the TG-1 (such as myself) i hope you have a bloody great time with it =]

i freked out when i heard "TG-3" at first thinking it was a minor updated TG-1, which upset me greatly since my TG-1 was/is still on pre-order
but after doing some look around the only differences you can get with this model are..
ntsc/pal formats
and the 4gb or 8gb you get in the box
usa, europe, australia = expect 4gb
japan, bahrain, korea*, china* = expect 8gb
*on pre-orders
