My arms are the same as my calves too as well as my chest is about the same as my hips. We are built to be porportionate.(sp?)

LOL! My calfs and arms were the same, when I first started, too. I am sure your son will be alright. But, I understand the whole motherly (is that a word?) worries. I know you might be tempted to go and have a smoke or maybe eat something that isn't on Atkin's, during this stressful time, but stick to your guns. By the way, way to go with the 4 pound weight loss!! You are on your way. Chat with you soon!

Best of luck for your son. I remember when my boy had them out, and it went well. Anytime they go under though coming out of it was scary for me. I prayed all went well for him and that you were indeed comforted.
Just remember, the numbers don't define who you are. It just shows how big a success you will be.

the Dr was asking all the usual questions before cj went in for surgery and when he asked, "does anyone in the household smoke" I was soooo happy and proud to say for the first time, with my head held high, NO! NO! NOT ANYMORE! :) My hubby and I highfived and the dr and nurse said way to go! It was nice. And I took a frap with me for breakfast.

Thank you all! Everything went well and I worked through my nervousness by video taping the whole event. LOL Yes....it will be posted. :) Something exciting happened speaking of smoking.......

Hope all is well in your world...it's been a long time but, I remember that same scary surgery on my youngest.
