"We looked at I guess, oh, altogether seven or eight places and we decided this was the best in many ways, especially because it was close. It was only five minutes for me when I get up here to see her. What my sister likes best about Amber House are the people who care for her. She gets close attention on everything - anything she needs, she gets. They order her medicine and make sure she takes it. What I like most about Amber House is the fact that they take good care of her, all of her needs, which I would not be able to do if she was staying with me. When she had trouble walking they they taught her to use a walker and provided the walker. I've seen an improvement in her attitude since she first came. I just want to say how much I appreciate the people here and the wonderful job they do. Very caring. I mean they really care."
